Your expiration date (the date of your final issue) is printed on the mailing label on the cover wrap of every
issue you receive. It is printed above your name on the label.

If you do not have access to this label, you
can inquire by e-mail. Be sure to tell us your complete mailing address, as well as your full name. Send this

Exchange is published 6 times a year. Issues come out the first weeks in January, March, May, July, September,
and November. If you place an order for a subscription within two weeks of an issue date, you may miss that
issue and your subscription would start with the following issue. This could mean that your first issue might
not arrive for up to 10 weeks. If you are concerned about whether your subscription order has been received,
you can receive a confirmation by e-mail. Be sure to tell us your complete mailing address, as well as your
full name. Send this inquiry to
info@ChildCareExchange.com.

SPAM over email has been getting continually worse everyday. For this reason, there are many layers of SPAM filters that try and catch most of the bad email coming into your inbox. It is common for people signed up to ExchangeEveryDay to stop receiving emails even though they are signed up to the list. The most likely culprit is the SPAM filter on your email client program. Please make sure that ExchangeEveryDay emails are not going into your SPAM folder or JUNK MAIL. If you have checked this and it is all clear, then the next likely issue is ExchangeEveryDay is being blocked by your server as SPAM. The solution is to contact your email administrator and ask them to add "mail.ccie.com" to their email whitelist. Please tell them that ExchangeEveryDay is a voluntary daily email.
Your email administrator at the server level is the person (or IT department) in charge of your domain name. So if your email address is Jane.Doe@childrensworld.com, then you need to speak with the administrator of childrensworld.com about ExchangeEveryDay.
If you continue to have problems, please contact scott@ChildCareExchange.com.
