World Forum Fundraising Kit
We are pleased to present a "Fundraising Kit" designed to assist you in raising money to attend the World Forum on Early Care and Education and/or finance other projects. There are numerous aid organizations that have financial assistance available to people who
- identify needs or problems in their communities
- have good ideas, energy and a specific plan on how they can improve conditions and solve the identified problems, and
- know how to communicate their idea to the aid organization, typically in the form of a grant proposal
This kit will be most helpful to you if you know what you want to do, why it is important, how you will accomplish it, and who will benefit, but just need advice on how to convince an aid organization to provide you with the funding. Your expertise, creativity and talent will take care of 1 and 2.
This kit will focus on number 3, helping you to effectively present your ideas to aid organizations. This Fundraising Kit is organized into the sections outlined below.
